QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing will be an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and guide department staff to accomplish objectives effectively.
- Enforce company policies and guidelines to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Monitor and optimize the cycle registration and delivery process.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments and government agencies as needed.
- Facilitate training for new hires and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide monthly assessments of departmental targets and performance.
