QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing will be an additional advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and guide department staff to accomplish objectives effectively.
• Enforce company policies and guidelines to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met consistently.
• Monitor and optimize the cycle registration and delivery process.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments and government agencies as needed.
• Facilitate training for new hires and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Provide monthly assessments of departmental targets and performance.

Salary: 18,000 to 23,000 (Salary negotiable depending Qualification & Experience)
