We're in search of a talented and organized Photographer to create top-notch photographic content for our company. Your role will involve working closely with different team members, identifying ideal shooting locations, and consistently meeting demanding deadlines.

Photographer Job Responsibilities :
• Uses professional expertise and skill to capture professional, high-quality images; assignments may include candid images, portraits, events, function, etc.
• Take pictures of families, events, function objects & individuals in a studio or at a choice location.
• Understand the client's needs and provide them with a unique photography experience that meets their expectations.
• Pose subjects and direct them during shoots to capture natural expressions and achieve desired results.
• Find suitable locations for photoshoots when they are held outside of the studio.
• Make the studio ready for photoshoots by setting up the required lights and props. Keep equipment organized, up to date, and maintained.
• Select props and backdrops to enhance the theme or concept of a shoot.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Set up artificial lighting using flashes, reflectors, and other lighting equipment.
• Enhances the appearance of subjects with natural or artificial light.
• Expert skills in cameras and up-to-date with changes in technology. 
• Upload raw photograph data into a computer system on a daily basis so pictures can be shared with other staff members or reviewed for quality.
• Maintain all photography equipment by ensuring proper operation, performing regular cleaning and organizing materials in the studio when not in use.
• Taking and editing photos to remove unwanted elements, or correct lighting or color.
• Time management skills with a responsibility to ensure the Photography team delivers to targets and deadline.
• Archives images and organizes files up to date.
• Use specialized computer software (adobe lightroom and Photoshop to enhance and edit digital images.
• Executes standard photography operation procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines.
• A strong photography portfolio that demonstrates broad knowledge of lighting and digital photography techniques.
• Ensures studio output exceeds industry standards and expectations.
• Keeps equipment up to date, organized, and maintained.

Photographer Qualifications / Skills :
• Firm handle on a photography studio, its environment, and its processes
• Strong communication skills
• Maintain high standards for creative output.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to size images and color settings for the web and social media.
• Ability to work for odd/long working hours.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
• 1-3 years’ experience in studio/photo industry
• Knowledge of DSLR (Nikon preferred) and natural lighting, indoor, studio lighting techniques.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adobe Sketch, Sketchbook, or similar programs.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor or outdoor settings.
• Experience working on Windows Computers
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
• Can maintain busy schedules.
