1.How to Order a Products

To order an item, Just Call us or Please leave a message with "Product name" including your "Contact number" and "Address".We will respond to you as soon as possible.

2.Shipping & Delivery

• Every item ordered within Male' City will be delivered same day. Atoll Deliveries Please contact us First.


• Maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts MOS reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.


• On placing your order, you will receive a Call by One of Our Delivery Crew, containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.


• For Domestic Deliveries, We accept bank transfer/Deposit or Cash on Hand. This includes the Item Price and Postal Charge. Item will be Shipped Within One Day or Same Day after Payment Done.

All items are carefully checked before Shipping. Normal Delivery Time for Atolls is 3-4 Business Days.

3. Return Compensation Policy
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however, if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with if you notify us with a reasonable issue that you wish to return the goods.

• The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: Any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; Any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; Any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; Missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel; Unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc.

• If the quality of any products purchased through online, did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than Size Exchange of the product if size is available.

• When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

• Please note that we can deduct from your refund for damage or wear and tear where you have used (or excessively handled) the item and this results in the value of the goods being diminished.
