Prestige Consultants & Associates is a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy firm offering innovative architectural and engineering solutions tailored to diverse residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout the Maldives. Presently, we are in search of a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Job Role

The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of utilizing computer-aided design 
and drafting software (CAD) to create detailed drawings for both steel and concrete 
structures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in architecture or equivalent qualification 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent drafting skills and proficiency with AutoCAD/ Revit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• An eye for detail tasks with excellent problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a team and interact positively at all levels

Working hours: 6 days a week (9am - 5pm)
Remuneration: Negotiable (based on qualification and experience)
Added advantages: Skills in 3d modelling and rendering
