Uses & How to Apply

Sit down in a comfortable chair with your back supported and your feet flat on the ground. Rest for a few minutes to allow your body to relax.
Roll up your sleeve or remove any tight clothing that may interfere with the blood pressure cuff. Rest your arm on a table or armrest, ensuring that it's at the same level as your heart.
Place the blood pressure cuff around your upper arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. The cuff should align with your heart's level, and the artery marker on the cuff should be positioned over the brachial artery (the inner side of your arm).
Press the start button to initiate the measurement. The monitor will inflate the cuff to measure your blood pressure.
After 40 seconds,the display will show the high pressure,low pressure and heart rate
