• You can return the item during the duration of product warranty period.
• Return will be accepted to items only with genuine factory faults (those are either faulty hardware or software)
• Returns will be accepted only after product inspection for scratches and cracks, fall and impact and water. If the product falls in any of these category, retune will not be accepted and our experts will suggest the best available options under product warranty.
• Return items cannot be exchanged for cash; Items will be exchanged to a new product or a similar item of same cash value.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged in the original box with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received.
