We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Customer Service Executive to work in our office.
We need local staff for this post and only Maldivians.
Post: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Mvr.8000.00 to Mvr. 10,000.00 per month.
Working Hours: Average 08 hrs. work per day.
Contract: Minimum 02 years contract and then can be extended.
Required Age: Between 23 to 35 years.
Job Description
1. Should do an expatriate recruitment service through an online recruitment system.
2. Compiling, distributing, and presenting recruitment ideas, information, and strategies.
3. Coordinating recruitment promotional activities, events, and meetings.
4. Managing social media recruitment campaigns
5. Attending Customer service recruitment needs.
Qualification
1. Grade 10 or 11 standard.
2. Diploma level relevant certificate.
Experience
1. Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the customer service recruitment field.
Key skills
1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to network
2. IT skills, including social media.
