Able to pay rent in time 

No more than 4 people living in the apartment. 

Follow building codes: No washing on the belcony, no shoes or slipper outside your door, no garbage left outside your door (there is a dedicated garbage area in the building). Be mindful, considerate and respectful for other tenants.
