Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in English communication.
2. Experience in the real estate sector is required.

Job Description:

1. Actively maintain and promote the company's reputation and specific properties.
2. Provide a warm welcome, detailed explanations, and patient service to ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
3. Identify potential clients.
4. Conduct market research and analyze competitor data.
5. Timely report customer information to the head of the sales department to facilitate necessary adjustments in sales strategies.
6. Assist in resolving any after-sales service issues for clients.
7. Encourage mutual respect and learning among sales department colleagues, prioritizing team interests.
8. Ensure effective follow-up and communication with clients.
9. Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of facilities at the sales venue.

Basic salary:

Salary & commission Based on qualifications & experience.
