Real Estate Consultants in Maldives

Standard salary range: 4500MVR-12000MVR per month.

• Basic salary of 6,000MVR per month: 1 set sold each month;
• Basic salary of 8,000MVR per month: 2 sales per month;
• Basic salary of 12,000MVR per month: 3 or more sales per month;
• Basic salary of 4,500MVR per month: No transactions within one month, but at least 12 effective customers confirmed by the company.

Commission: depend on individual sales revenue.

Working hours: Flexible, no need to come to the office every day, independently find customers, and bring them to the office for consultation when clients are available; candidates arrange their own schedule.

Job Description & Requirements:

Must fully participate in the company's training courses and pass the proficiency test.
Adhere to the relevant channel management system and avoid leaking project customer information like competitors.
Participate in weekly project meetings.
Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager.
