JOB TITLE : GRO / Reception
Responsibilities:

Guest related matters

Coordinating their check-ins and check-outs

Catering to all Guest related needs and maintaining the expected service excellence throughout.

Sales & Reservations

 

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum completed GCE O Level

1 Years’ experience in a relevant field

 

Remuneration:

Probation 3 months - MVR 7,000 - 8,000 

Service Charge - MVR 2,500 +

 

Requirement:

Verbal and written communication skills in English & Dhivehi

Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment and MS Office package.

Attentiveness and patience for customers

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Active listening and effective communication skills
