Job Description:

We're seeking a personable Café Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests.Your main duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Accomodation and Food are provided for foreign employees. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, providing menus and taking orders promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately.Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Salary:

• Monthly salary:
  • Mvr: 7000/- (applicable for Maldivians only) 
  • USD: 454/- (applicable for foreigners only) 
• Maximum overtime pay per month:
  • Mvr: 3000/- (applicable for Maldivians only) 
  • USD: 195/- (applicable for foreigners only) 

Requirements:

• Previous waitressing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
